Best place to get your car repaired. Deep is so experienced so you can be rest assured the diagnosis is perfect and quick. And he did the initial check when other shops did charge good amount for the wrong diagnosis. So, recommend Deep to all auto owners out there.

Deep and his crew are fantastic, honest and they are always willing to work with you. I have been using him for over 6 years and will continue to take my business to them. Highly recommend this shop for all of my vehicles.

Good service and reasonable price, but sometimes they over charge new customers.

One of the worst places to take your car. The manager is so unprofessional and rude. They will just ripp you off without fixing the issue you went there for.

We took my 2005 Envoy into Deep at NE Auto and informed him the truck was running rough. He inspected things that had nothing to do with why the truck wasn't running. Ball joints. When we picked up the truck he only replaced the spark plugs and somehow the engine light started flashing after he replaced them. The vehicle quit running all together when we got it home. Out bill was several hundred dollars. When we asked Deep why he didn't fix the way the truck was running, his response was the Timing needed to be worked on. We had to take the truck somewhere else to get repaired. Walk don't run away from this company; I realize some customers may be happy with his work but this wasn't our experience. Deep's communication skills leave a lot to be desired and we are two seniors who couldn't afford to throw our money away for a non-repair.Service: Engine repair

Got my vehicle repaired. Excellent service and very affordable Mechanic shop.

Never had a bad experience. Owner works with you instead of upselling you on services. Everytime I go he tells me what is wrong with the car and what he thinks I should do. I allways recommend people to this shop over every other shop. One thing I realized is there is no replacement for good service. I have tried other shops and I have allways come back to this one

If Google allowed me to give 0 or - stars I would give it for this store. The manager Deep he tried to trick my friend and other customers as well, and charged extra just because, we told him that we will change the parts with some other mechanics or at some other place because it is pricy in here for no reason, just because of that he charged extra for no reason. Waste of 4-5 hours in total with some additional charge for no reason. I wish no one else will have to face the same stress or issues and won’t be cheated by this store.
