My husband was hurt on the job. Labor and Industries had denied his claim. We contacted Calbom & Schwab. From the start they were honest and straight forward with us. Even though we are fairly intelligent people, we knew we were not familiar with the laws and procedures it would take to pursue his claim. The team at Calbom and Schwab was diligent throughout the entire process. He got our claim opened and L-n-I paid my husband his lost wages and medical care. Then when it was apparent that my husband would not recover from his injury, Calbom & Schwab diligently pursued his permanent injured worker claim. I wont say it was quick or without stress but, I am convinced that without Calbom and Schwab he would not have won his case and been awarded a pension. I recommend Calbom and Schwab to anyone whos been hurt on the job. You may be smart but Calbom and Schwab knows how to get the job done!
