We are an old fashioned soda fountain, bakery, and candy shop (including candy bouquets) located in Historic Downtown Blissfield, MI. We also serve lunch!
We are one of the oldest soda fountain shops in Michigan, originated in 1896. Cakes n' Shakes was opened in 2005, continuing the legacy of the soda fountain. In February of 2010, Cakes n' Shakes was the victim of a devastating fire. After much renovation at the same location, the store reopened in March of 2011 with the original soda fountain intact. We look forward to many more years sharing the timeless joy of the soda fountain with others.
