Having the door barred in my face without saying anything...how arrogant.

Very strange financial institution. I had to explain myself for several minutes to be allowed to open an account. We weren't happy that I didn't promise to transfer all my operations... So, after several procrastinations, we accepted. Then, a few years later, after moving, I closed my accounts and…they closed all my access to accesd! A little additional pettiness, quickly corrected at the checkout where I now live. Let’s say that this is behavior unworthy of Desjardins…
