Story

It is the newest addition to Worcester's vibrant Shrewsbury Street dining district. Café Reyes offers a full breakfast and lunch menu as well as catering services with a Cuban flare. It serves as an on-site training center for residents and graduates of the Hector Reyes House.

The Hector Reyes House opened its doors in 2009. It is a bilingual/bicultural treatment center for Latino men recovering from addiction. For more information, please visit the LAHA webpage or follow us on one of our social media pages.

Our first time. Food & service was excellent. Restaurant was spotless. They have very nice outdoor seating in the back, secluded and cozy. Open for breakfast and lunch only. We'll definitely coming back to try the breakfast. I recommend the Cuban coffee with steamed milk and numbers 1&2 off the menu. Another hidden gem in Worcester.

What a great little place! The interior was small, but beautifully decorated. All the food was FANTASTIC!! I had the Cuban sandwich. I have to go back for another one very soon. My niece had the slow roasted pork, with rice and beans, and an empanada. Everything was so, so good. We wanted to try the flan, but I just didn't have the room for dessert sadly. The service was so very perfect. Everyone there, from the staff to the customers, were polite, cheery, and just wonderful. The only thing that would have made this lunch perfect is if I had room for the flan. Next time!

I love their mission, food is delicious, staff is friendly, but the wait is LONG. Don't come here if you're in a hurry, but any other day stop by for an empanada!
