4 stars for the atmosphere. But decent place for having shisha at an authentic place. Would love to give other places a try too, as for now, this can't be my only go-to place. Just seems the shisha head was made at the time of the order and was pre-made which makes it a little less delightful.Service: 5/5

Best shisha hands down came in from out of town mango smoothies are the best I have ever had in Canada and the shisha is on a different level definitely check it out

The individual working at the front door was incredibly disrespectful and rude, particularly towards women and those in authority. He served me drinks after hours, and 3 shishas with only 15 minutes left, which we did not even smoke. When I returned to the establishment with my boyfriend, he attempted to deny us entry and gave me attitude. It was clear that he was under the influence of alcohol. He is a short man, and was trying to assert dominance over me, a taller woman, and his behavior suggests that he may have unresolved issues with his mother. His manner of speaking to me was condescending and disrespectful.

The guy at the front door clearly has problems With females or authority he was so rude .. he served me drinks after hours and 3 shishas 15 mins left which we didn’t even smoke.. went to my car came back he tried to reject me and my Bf said I gave him attitude clearly he was drunk.. he’s a 5’3 short guy tryna beef a 5’9 woman clearly has issues with his mother and is super disrespectful talking to me like I was his child

They’ve expanded the patio for the summer! Always sit at the front! The atmosphere and staff are always incredible! I don’t smoke Shisha, I usually get a large tea pot! Always tastes very good! Would’ve given 5 stars, but I think maybe adding in one more tea bag would really complete the tea! Highly recommend!

The owner Malek cares about his business. Initially came into the place and had a misunderstanding with the person serving us but he came, clarified his stance and apologized for the earlier issue. All owners should learn from him.

This place is home I enjoy my days and nights I can come whenever I want and I’m always welcome, everyone is very respectful and now they have Tuesdays night where it feels like a Friday or Saturday it’s crazy.The staffs are kind and funny if your having a bad day they will cheer you up for sure! The shisha’s are amazing and the patio is on another level by extending it allowing more people to enjoy their evening in a beautiful weather! Music is always amazing! I highly recommend this place because you have verity things smoke and drink or come watch sports games wether it’s playoffs or finals or school work ext…. The truth is that I don’t actually smoke - ANYTHING, for that matter - and I had zero clue as to what type of establishment this was last night when I was just looking for a nearby spot that was open late and had wifi so I could finish some work before my midnight deadline that was literally on a countdown timer/clock. So, to discover a place with such amazing music playing and such kind people serving everyone, ended up being an amazing experience! Ending up with the feeling like I’d just been travelling again - one of my huge life passions - was fantastic as well! I met Ricky over at the cash at the end of the night and he was so kind that he told me: “it’s on me, it’s your first time and do come back again, my friend” and he said this with such sincerity too. I’ll be back for sure for that mint tea and snacks I had... but, above all, for the kind service I received. Plus, the amazing music of course!
