Café Chato

This is the place if you’re a cat person like me! So many sweet little kitties roaming around, enjoying the company of those who visit. The human staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere is super cozy and feels as though you’re hanging out at home. Keep in mind the seating is limited so finding a spot for a group may be difficult. We were three and went on a Monday afternoon and had to wait a few minutes to find a spot. There are also no shoes allowed inside but slippers are provided. The pastries were delicious and they had lots of drink options. The food is reasonably priced but the ingredients are very good quality. Parking can be found directly on the street in front of the cafe Highly recommend for anyone looking to hang around with adorable, ADOPTABLE cats and grab a yummy bite to eat!

Fun spot but the cats are so socialized they don't seem to care much if you're there or not Food is all vegan I believe no meat for sure. The atmosphere is cute, no shoes inside, good spot to also work.

Great spot to hang out and play with kitties! Perfect spot to chill with friends or study. It was sooo therapeutic. I ordered their matcha latte and was petting the kitties for over an hour. Highly recommend this spot!

It's such a beautiful café and the cashier was really nice and friendly with the customers. The iced coffee with caramel is delicious and the chocolate chip cookie is to die for!! If you love cats and you like coffee, then that's the place to go!

Lovely cafe! The cats were very entertaining, it was the best chai cocoa I've ever had in my life, the staff were sweet and the food was great. Unlike some cat cafes, there was no entrance fee. They have a great setup and lots of places for the cats to be social and also get away from people. Will be back whenever I'm in Verdun!Food: 5/5

came twice in 2020 pre-pandemic for dine-in and once in 2023 for take-out, staff remained sweet, food and drinks remained incredible, and cats are always top tier - super cute and super entertaining! place is very well decorated :-

What a cute place with adorable kitties and good drinks! Stopped here to hang out with the cats and got a latte, the service was great and it was fun to interact with the cats!

It is nice to have a place to go and play with cats without having to clean the litter and sweep the floors. If you do want to bring one home, they are mostly up for adoption. The iced mint lemonade is refreshing and the coffee is delicious.

A wonderful coffee in great company. The atmosphere is cozy and clear, spacious, beautiful. The cats seem happy here. We love the visit. The egg sandwich is wonderful!
