Had a wonderful experience at Cadence. This was my second spinning class. They help me adjust my bike. The music and the Rhythm were great. I recommend wearing something life as you will sweat your life out. Cadence is equipped with showers and all of the necessary to take one. There is also parking available.
Cadence Cycle is dancing on a bike! It's riding to the rhythm of the music, a big, addictive party that makes you work your whole body and sweat like you never have before. The community at Cadence is welcoming and motivating. Cadence is like no other spin class you have ever tried. The best experience on a bike! You have to try it!!!
There is nothing out there that can be compared to Cadence Cycle! You won't even know you are working out. Just hop on, groove to the beat and party with the crowd. I guarantee you will love it your first ride! Caution - highly addictive!!! Get ready to have a blast while you sweat it out! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
Spinning was never something I was interested in but my friend convinced me to go. I was pleasantly surprised by how fun it was and the workout is amazing. The great thing about it is that you don't have to be in great shape to go because you only push yourself as far as you want and if you go regularly, you well get into great shape. If you're looking for a great workout that's a ton of fun, Cadence is where it's at. I have never been so hungry and tired after a workout. Try it and you won't be disappointed!
i am a triathlete and ultra runner. I have tried 5 different spinning classes across Montreal, Toronto, NYC and Miami. This is by far the best spinning class out there. You get 1 hour of hardcore spinning on great music, Yaron runs the class so smoothly and with his past DJ experience the music is just fabulous.
I have been to many spinning studios and this is nothing like spinning. Cadence is fun, hyper and a full body workout that includes arm movements, spinning and weights all to the rhythm of each amazing song played. It is an addicting workout and Yaron's energy is contagious! I can not be there enough!

CADENCE CYCLE is montreal's first studio to offer a full body workout on a bike. I have been going since it opened in 2011! Its not only the greatest workout but a cardio party on a bike! You will dance and sing those calories away while toning your upper body! LOVE IT - OBSESSED - ADDICTED
By faaaaaaar the best spin class! No other instructor will get you to leave it all on the bike and have an absolute blast the entire time. Great workout and great community!
