Absolutely wonderful experience tonight celebrating a friend's birthday! I hadn't been to this restaurant in several years. It has changed - and for the good!! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! And our server, Ethan, was AMAZING! He recommended our selections, including our drinks. Every suggestion was delightful!nnFor drinks, we had a white sangria and a Blood 'n Blanco margarita. Yummy!nnWe started with the scallop and prawn ceviche, which was so good! And the pull apart brioche came with a truffle butter that we wanted to take home. Absolutely stunning! That butter was worth the entire price of the meal!nnFor our entrées - I had the lemongrass noodle salad with tuna, and my friend had her favorite meal, the butternut squash ravioli. My salad was very good, but the butternut ravioli was exquisite! I will order that next time.nnWe ended the evening with the London fog creme brulee, which was complimentary for my friends birthday. So nice!nnAll in all a wonderful experience. I will be going back, and I will be asking for Ethan. He was confident, kind, and paid attention to detail. He served us as if we were royalty and the meal was $1000. And the rest of the staff we so helpful, clearing dishes ensuring we had water at all times, and just being so friendly.nnThe atmosphere, the food, and the service were all upscale but not precocious.nnI see why this is my friend's favorite place!
The lighting is extremely low, which is to be expected at cactus during the time we arrived which was 40 minutes before closing. They were extremely accommodating and quick with everything. The food was great and the sushi was very nice, plenty of flavour, not fishy at all! And the portion size was large. The burger was also VERY good quality. I am a very big burger person and I was impressed.
Went here last week for my daughter’s birthday, and I honestly didn’t expect much since I knew the place could get crowded. We chose the dining room because we wanted a more intimate dining experience.nnThe food was absolutely delicious, especially the chicken dishes. The red curry chicken tasted almost exactly like what we had in Thailand.nnThe service was phenomenal, and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back!
The food was absolutely lovely! The Spaghetti Portofino was amazing, and the Blackened Chicken Burger was delicious as well. We really appreciated having halal options on the menu, and the service was quick and efficient. Matty was our server, and he was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience and would definitely come back again!
Cactus is always a vibe and they treat you well each time, it doesn't matter how much you go in there to spend! Their happy hour menu is a great deal! The staff are patient and nice! We had Alex when we went in this time and what a lovely young lady! But each person I have had on my visit have been great. And if you are celebrating a special occasion you just might get a complimentary dessert.
