Aspen Dental of Cache Valley

Aspen Dental is affordable, friendly, modern, and clean. I love my old dentist when I lived back in Ohio, but Aspen Dental makes them seem like they were in the technological dark ages! They explain to and show you exactly what's going on with your teeth by going through your x-rays and using little cameras, all displayed on a TV while you lay back in their comfy chairs. You can even watch Netflix while they work away! The staff, doctors, and hygienists are extremely friendly. They send you text, email, and phone messages to remind you of your appointments so you can never forget! The best part for me, since I do not have dental coverage with my health insurance, is the Aspen Plan which provides multiple cleanings, a set of exams and x-rays, and 20% off all future dental work (non-surgery) for the year for an affordable price. I would have paid twice as much throughout the year with my previous dentist. Highly recommend!

Service is great every visit. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and personable too. I don't dread going to the dentist with them because they make it a good experience. Nice facility and accommodations also. Highly recommended.

I loved this place. My previous dentist was so great I was hesitating to switch but had to because of insurance. I had a great experience!

This place was all around great, but their billing and uncertainty is ridiculous! I initially received a bill for xx amount, I called to pay and they were so confused on what was actually owed then stated the amount on the bill was incorrect and actually owed more, they never returned my call that week like they said. Then following they called to get me to pay now stating I owed less, so I said so what do I actually owe?? Again, they had no idea looking at it. I went in for my so called cleaning which was more than that because I ended up paying for it and all My cleanings are covered by insurance, this was not brought to my attention until I was leaving I then ended up paying my owed balance and a cleaning I wasn’t aware of having to pay for because it wasn’t just a cleaning. I then received a text message two weeks later stating they were going to send my bill into collections if my owed balance wasn’t paid. I had already paid the balance off!! These guys are completely unorganized with their billing, they don’t seem to know what they’re talking about or even looking at when asking about the billing information. We will NOT be returning to this dental office to the lack of communication and inability to give accurate information.

This office is amazing. I had a short time frame and several health problems and they were so kind and sensitive to my issues and completely bent over backwards to help me. Could not recommend them more. By the end of it I wanted to bring them flowers.
