Cache Valley Bank

I use to absolutely love this bank. The new remodel makes it look very nice and clean. I like all the historic cache valley pictures and all the people are great. Except for one. Her name starts with sh and rhymes with Dona. This lady started working there about 7 or 8 years ago and is the only reason why I stopped using that account. Its not that she says anything specific enough to mention. However every time I have to deal with her it is always complicated. I'll ask a simple question and its always something someone else has to handle. Everyone else here is awesome super friendly. Just not this one I can't stand having her talk down to me when I'm still a customer. Someone needs to tell her and only her she is just a bank teller and she has power over no one!

We have been working with CVB now for a couple of months with a new business loan. They have been such a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and business oriented. Tellers are kind and nice to work with. They make banking a pleasure! Thanks Cache Valley Bank!

We recently purchased an office building and went through the process of getting an SBA loan through Cache Valley Bank. Initially I started working with Chase Bank and they were awful to work with. The worst. The loan officer had to drive up from Ogden anytime I wanted to meet and preferred to do everything over email and phone. I'm all for technology, but with something as big as purchasing a building I really wanted to meet with someone face to face who could help me out. They tried to persuade me into a different type of loan with a higher interest rate and an all around worse setup. After getting too frustrated working with them a friend who had just gone through the same process referred me to Darren & Sid at Cache Valley Bank. I was on a pretty tight deadline and Sid made time to meet with me the same day. He was super thorough and explained everything that I needed to do very clearly. So helpful. He even gave advice on structuring my offer for the building, which was completely outside the scope of his job, but he had no problem helping out. Long story short, these guys were so great to work with, made everything happen very fast and within the deadlines that I was under. They even came through at the end and helped me get more funds than we initially expected for the renovation. I will be switching all of my banking, both business and personal, to Cache Valley Bank after seeing how great it is to work with them. If you're looking for business funding and want a personal working relationship then this is the place to go. So glad that I went with them!

Great local bank that is doing great things for the community. Their recent restoration of their Main Street building has definitely done wonders for the beautification of the downtown area.
