The employees here are not helpful. I have gone in eight times over three days to get a new vehicle registered, but have been turned away every time for one reason or another. The first time, one number on the bill of sale was scratched out and re-written. Fair enough. Got a new bill of sale with some difficulty, and they didnt accept it because a zero looked like a six with a zero written over it. I know these are official documents, but at least offer to help remidy the situation not tell me to leave now and get it fixed. All eight times I went in I was one of maybe two or three people. Not busy at all.
The people here are awesome, super helpful and nice.
Trying to get in touch with anyone via the phone is impossible. They intentionally ignore phone calls.
