Went in last fall to ask some questions about some new pipe options for my Honda bike and was faced with unbelievable disrespect by the man at the desk. Basically told me I was ridiculous for wanting to change out the stock pipe at all and that I didn't know what I was talking about. It literally felt like he was trying to drive me out of the store with his condescending choice of words. I used to take my bike in for minor repairs and buy oil and filters here regularly (even though I've known they charge too much, just went for proximity convenience) but this experience has convinced me to never give these people another dime of my money. I've been advising my friends to do the same.

I have come in 5 different times to look at getting into something. Not once could I get anyone to come talk to me. I will be going anywhere but here from now on. Clearly they don't want customers.

Awesome service, purchased first dirt bike there and they did an excellent job would definitely recommend. We also rent jet skis every year and they have always been awesome to work with when scheduling pick ups or drop offs. Last time we rented one jet ski was found to have a hole in the haul after we got all the way across bear lake from the marina. We pulled it up on the beach and bailed it out and bee lined it back to the trailer. We called Rich and he sent up a whole new set of skis for us and took the other ones back home! Although we had an issue, Richard was quick to correct it!
