No service in the Bancroft Area anymore, not sure what I'm paying for. Customer service hung up on me 3 times, the 4th call I got through to find out where the town truck was. I'd been waiting 4hrs with no communication or updates from CAA. Really brutal, don't waste your time with CAA if you're from Bancroft.
CAA provides many benefits for its members and opportunities for non-members too. The customer centre is a very neat and open area to facilitate socially distanced browsing. The client serve representatives are efficient and friendly. This is a great place for travel related services and merchandise. Competitive pricing, high quality products, and good perks.
Beautiful building, lots of parking. Travel agency, Insurance and travel goods. Excellent well trained staff.

The individual I spoke with was very well informed, very pleasant and went out of her way to explain the different options and make sure I went away with the best travel insurance package for me and my husband.
Very friendly environment and organized. Was picking up an international drivers licence. Took pictures and created profile. Show your CAA card for savings.

Took out membership a couple of months ago...staff were incredible. Gave us lots of info on our vacation to Kitchener area. That aline was worth the price of membership!

The store is full of so much information even if you aren't a CAA member. But if you are a member then it's even more amazing. The staff there are so knowledgeable and willing to help. If you have an idea for a trip they will give you so much information to help make your trip even better. Maps. Information booklets filled with fun things to do. Places were you get a discount with your CAA card. We were so grateful for their help.
