C & R Cleaners & Laundry

I have been a loyal customer of C & R Cleaners for seven years while a student at UND. The customer service is phenomenal. The wonderful ladies of the N 5th St. location remember my name and have my clothes ready as soon as I walk through the door. The price for their work is very reasonable. Cleaning turnaround is quick. Maria is a sweetheart and the best seamstress I've ever had. I highly recommend this location over all others!

Overall if you're just getting your clothes dry cleaned... they're good. Usually done within a week or sooner IF you ask! Shirts about $2 and pants are about $5 to dry clean (which really isn't bad). I haven't had too many issues with getting my stuff dry cleaned. On the flip side, tailoring is becoming a hassle there. It used to be back within a week and a half and was only $13 per dress shirt. The last 2 items I brought there took almost a month and was now $19 a piece. After waiting a month, it isn't worth it. If you just need your stuff dry cleaned, they'll get the job done. If you need it tailored, go somewhere else! Friendly staff (I personally haven't had any issues) and i'm always in and out.

Unbelievable, Customer Service on Washington was so rude. I was greeted with a scowl this morning and terrible attitude, even after sharing my experience with her response. To top it off, she couldn't find my jacket in the system. When she located it in the back, it wasn't processed, 5 weeks later! I left and will never use again, explicitly stating that and no attempt to recover my business.
