Bytown JOS is located within the Byward Market, and serves a wide selection of poutine and wings. They also have lots of drinks to choose from, and some condiments you can purchase for home. I didn't try the wings, but the poutine was quite good. The fries had enough crisp, and the Gravy wasn't overly salty. This place is worth checking out if you're in the area. The shop has a rustic market feel, and appears more well-kept compared to others in the area. The friendly staff, speaks both English and French, and our food was prepared within a reasonable amount of time. There's limited seating here, but fortunately I came here during a weekday afternoon when it wasn't very busy.

All the workers are so nice and the food is astounding. I ordered poutine and it was better than anything fries were crispy, cheese was tasty, gravy so good and the pulled pork was just out of this world. Would recommend when you come to the Byward MarketFood: 5/5
