Overnight staff is absolutely lazy. Half of they time they are so high they can't function. Refuse to make sandwiches even when the store is empty.
Fantastic service. Get yourself a big-size "travelling Tuesday" mug, and get as much free caffeine as you'd like every Tuesday!! for the rest of your life. Also, their ice cream, snacks, subs, beer, is stellar. These folks treat Ithaca right! Enjoy!
First time I've ever been inside a Byrne Dairy and it was wonderful! Clean, friendly and you cannot beat the prices especially for gas. They offer a Byrne Dairy debit card now, you get a discount on gas and I am very excited about that! The food is so good and they offer specials everyday. I will be back!
Stopped in for the first time in Ithaca Byrne dairy! Although it was a bit dirty for being new I blame that for no one wanting to work and not having enough staff. Even though it was busy the branch manager came over with a positive attitude to make a killer sandwich fast!

Went twice to try to use my free egg coupon, but they didn’t have any either time. Rude employees. Ice cream is pretty good, though.
I'm going with the 2 star guy. Staff not friendly, donuts not good, gas lanes weirdly tight, ice cream sandwich freezer burned. Come on, you make and ship your own ice cream.

I went to the new store located on Elmira street in ithaca NY. This was my first and last experience. No one in the store acknowledged you was in the store. I greeted a young. Short girl with glasses, who rudely and obviously ignored me. HORRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OUR COMMUNITY . Ruined my Monday morning. SHAME ON THEM
