Had such a lovely experience purchasing at cocktail emporium. I’ve made the drive down from Mississauga a few times to grab some goodies and gifts from here and it’s always been a pleasure. Recently they started offering next day delivery to Mississauga so I started ordering a bit more. Had a slight issue with my last order but it was handled so quickly and professionally I was thoroughly impressed - you’ve had a customer for life but this past experience with Beth she probs just works for the warehouse not too sure on location deff reassured I’ll always be purchasing here!! Also love the fact that they reliably always have luxardo maraschino cherries in stock!!

If you are into mixing drinks at home, this is the store for you! It's a treat every time I visit. They have shelves full of bitters and syrups; you'll be overwhelmed with the selection. Buy only what you need, as it's easy to get carried away. They have reasonably-priced glassware too. I've seen better-looking glassware here at lower prices than at Crate & Barrel, believe it or not.

The staff may be knowledgeable but I don't know, cause they literally couldn't be bothered to say two words to us the entire time we were in the shop. We came with the full intention of buying something and ended up not getting anything because being ignored is just as much of a deterrent as being followed around like you might steal something. Hopefully whoever else shops here gets better assistance from one of the three people working.

The cocktail emporium is the holy grail of bar and cocktail supplies in Toronto and perhaps far, far beyond. This place has absolutely everything to outfit any bar. The staff is friendly, and highly knowledgeable, and will steer you in the appropriate direction if you need any assistance. Staggering array of bitters, books, glassware, mugs, jiggers, shakers and so very much more. They also carry non-alcoholic versions of popular spirits as well. A must visit, even if you only have a casual interest in mixology.

Great store. Awesome selection of well curated glass ware and cocktail hardware/utensils. Careful not to mix it up with the store on the corner, the owner is a nightmare.

A joke of an establishment. Dude behind the counter knows absolutely nothing about customer service. Drove 30 minutes to get something and wouldn’t even let me inside. I asked him a question and he said it’s the coffee shop next door. These 5 star ratings are all fake. Stay away from this place

A super cool store with lots of themed bar and cocktail gear. The employees had some good advice on bitters and syrups. They had some sales on bitters as well, and a great selection. There is also a decent selection size of bar books and cocktail recipes.

Placed an order for the first time. From beginning to end, my experience was absolutely first class. Cocktail Emporium is wonderful!

This company has top customer service. I bought a wooden portable bar and waited like 2 weeks to open it as it was a present for another person. Upon opening it we noticed the glas ice bucket had a chip. We immediately sent a picture and they not only gave us a partial refund but also sent us s new ice bucket. Special thanks to Beth. I LOVE THIS STORE. This is my go to place for gorgeous glassware and cool cocktail bitters. I styled one of their bar carts for a company branding shoot and I loved working with the team there!
