The BEST custer service I have encountered in Toronto in so long! Without any questions or hesitations they replaced a product that was slightly damaged with a brand new one.

Great place for modern household and office goods. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products they carry.
Went in to grab some $10 spoons... Left with a $700 receipt, my Wife's gonna kill me but whatever. Whoever that sales lady is, she is gooood. Givee her a raise, a stake in the company and a Pink Cadillac, she is gooood. I visited 08/12/2019.
This store has lots of interesting things to help organize especially for smaller spaces. The staff are really nice and helpful.
