We went to Registry Insider event put on by buybuy Baby that provided a lot of useful information on selecting strollers and car seats by Lance. It was a great info session but best of all they do a prize draw at the end and we lucked out and won a baby jogger city mini GT2. There were two other prize draws as well.

Had a great first experience here, staff were very attentive and helpful with suggestions.Special mention to Barwinder who really went out of her way to help us and gave us some fantastic suggestions. Will be back for more :

Incredible experience on the evening of Dec 17th.  Had ordered something just after 7pm story closes at 8pm, with anticipated process time of an hour, making it impossible to pick up.  They called and I let them know I’m surprising my brother and wife by preparing the baby’s room before they get home from the hospital and they made it work for me!!!  Don’t know their names but the sales associate and the manager both went above and beyond making it all work for me.  Thanks gals!!!

Best team ever. Today we went to Buy Buy Baby Registry Insider event. We are so impressed with the knowledge we get, how organized the events and feeling welcome by the staff. We were overwhelmed about variety of stroller and car seat. Bomel not sure how to write his name helps us with our needs and explained safety features. We are now have right car seat we needed and feel so much confidence to use it now. Bhupinder, another lady who help us here before, is so awesome with knowledge and kindness. Thank you Buy Buy Baby!

My wife and I did our baby registers here. The lady we had was terrific. This is our first baby. So she explained everything and gave us an honest opinion on items weather we needed them or could do without. We had a very positive 2 visits. They have a huge selection of everything you could need for a baby or child. However the prices are slightly higher than say going to Walmart or somewhere else. I’m sure the knowledgeable staff at buy buy baby is worth paying a bit more to insure you make the right purchase. I will continue to go here. Thanks Debbie for the great experience

Elsi was such an amazing associate! She gave me so much resourceful information and was very friendly. She explained my purchase to me and gave me the most beneficial savings options which nobody has given me in the past.

I will always go to this Buy Buy Baby in South Common. Bromel helped me out of a huge bind when it came to car seats. He was the best and for this I will absolutely be back. Thank you again to everyone at the South Common store!! So helpful!

I'm a new Granddad  and my Daughter  needed some items from this store....arrived  at the store with my list and was greeted by Deb.a kind older lady with a great knowledge of grandchildren... Deb checked the registry  for my Daughter's  name...gave me a congratulatory  gift bag, and taking a basket  helped me find everything  on my list.....I was also helped a week before by Daisy in purchasing a base for the car seat my Daughter  has. The service  deserves  a compliment and I will be back no doubt spending  more money  at Buy Buy Baby South Common Edmonton.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a new mom I trusted BBB for my baby's stuff even if it's more pricey than other stores. I tried to return some of the items and exchange for new ones but the associate SKYLAR who served me was so impatient and took lot of deep breaths during the transaction. I always follow the return policy of all the stores. I just hoped that if you are working in that field you have to be courteous and polite especially if your customer is not doing a wrong thing.

We had the most amazing experience at the Buy Buy Baby South Edmonton Common location. We came in looking for some guidance in purchasing our first ever stroller. Brianna was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and gave us the full range of information without pressuring us into a choice. She answered all our questions and we never felt as though she was trying to rush off. Brianna made us feel as though she really cared about helping us make the right choice for our family. Thank you!
