Buster's Pizza, Donair & Pasta

This buster's pizza is the worst one i have got food from, If i could give this location A 0 rating I 100% would. Our experience tonight with this location was a joke we wasted most of our night arguing with Buster's Pizza about the 2nd bottle of pop they forgot during delivery and refused to give us It or our money back... You'd think as a business they would make sure their orders were 100% before sending them out but no.. The first girl we talked to yelled and was rude to my husband and complained it was too busy to send a driver with our pop and tried saying we can give you credit for your next order i said no i want my pop i paid for right now. My fiance had to threaten her saying not giving a customer what they paid for is theft under 5000, and said she would send the driver. An hour rolls by and no one shows up. We call back and a different person answers which leads us to believe she did nothing about it. This guy now claims this location did not deliver our order and again refuses the refund or delivery. We were referred to another location even though it said on the Skip The Dishes receipt it was indeed the 127st and 137 Ave location. Obviously this new location had no idea what we were talking about and apparently they don't even deal with Skip the Dishes. They rudely hung up then we contacted Skip The Dishes. Skip refunded us almost $20.00 in credits for t he pop, and the pizza was even screwed up (put donair sauce on the wrong pizza) It's not hard to read, but apparently in this case it is. Extremely dissappointed in the way we were treated as customers it was uncalled for. Boycott the 137 AVE location never again will we order from this location again. Thank God for Skip The Dishes otherwise we wouldn't of gotten anything back. Poor customer service all around..

Pizza came to my place cold. I understand that it's -12 outside but I don't live far away from the store. When I called them to inform them the women on the phone told me that I can't expect my pizza to be 440 degrees at my door. As i totally understand that point I should be able to expect my pizza to not require a microwave to heat it up when i have just received it. When I tried to explain further to the women on the phone she proceeded to argue with me how my pizza was fine and I should just accept it. I like the pizza Busters has but do not order from this store as apparently they do not care about providing a quality meal.

Ordered our pizza, and the person on the phone did not tell us the price, nor the waiting time. We waited an hour - still no pizza, so I called. The lady said the driver was on their way. Waited another half an hour more - still no pizza, call again. The lady said "hello", I stared talking, and it was clear she passed the phone on to someone else, who was quite rude with me. She told me it's not the drivers fault because of where I live, and I told her if it was any other pizza place I would have received the pizza within half an hour, she interrupted and said "listen!" and continued to be rude to me. So I told her that next time I will be ordering pizza some place else because not only did I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time before I actually got my pizza, but she was rude to her customers, and she responded with "that's your choice", and hung up. If you don't care about your customers, why are you even in business?

poor customer service , always hated there pizza, thought id try lasagna and watery, and just not good at all. the donairs are alright.
