Burger King Ithaca

Depending on the time of day, the staff can be super friendly or just very sour. True for any fast food joint, but meh. It's something to say. My order has been wrong here only once and it was easily corrected, so props to the team for getting things right.

They got part of our order wrong, food wasn't hot, just warm. My onion rings could have used another minute in the fryer...soggy and barely warm

Service was incredibly slow food was cold. The workers didn't put the top on my drink properly, I wore a soda!

Nothing special about the food. It is ok. We have experienced seriously mediocre meals via their takeout- wrong orders, no chicken in a pasta dish that is supposed to have it. Will not be ordering from them again.

The food was ok, but they gave us chocolate pie instead of apple pie.

This is by far the worst BK I've ever been to. Employees complaining loudly behind the counter, the counter was dirty as was the beverage area. The floor had debris under many tables and every trash can outside was overflowing. Horrible representation of BK, this owner obviously doesn't care about his/her business!

Charged for drinks on combo meals. Rude. Got told can’t do black coffee with ice in it. Fully incompetent
