If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've also shared this review with plenty more details to corporate. My husband and I were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. A woman wearing a tank top and sweat pants walked in and went behind the counter to talk very loudly with the employees. There was no holding back when it came to cuss words. She was also wearing a nose ring. I'm not sure if she was a customer or not. She handed the employees test tube looking shots of alcohol and some of them drank the alcohol. One female employee mentioned she didn't care because it was her last night and drank it right by the front registers. Before that, she was preparing our burgers. I'm unsure of who else drank them, but I do know one female employee said she was not going to drink it until after work. One of the male employees may have drank the shot near the soda machine. They were talking about being seen on the cameras. When I confronted them about my husband and I witnessing it, the lady that handed out the alcohol said "that's they're problem, I'm just a customer right now because I'm not working." Needless to say, we won't be back to this location and won't be recommending it to anyone. I am truly disgusted with the behavior of these employees and hope action is taken.

4 times in a row that’s the only reason why I’m writing a review…. You guys get paid so much more than most of us and you can’t put sauces in a bag?? I could maybe understand once in a while but 4 days in a row and it’s just a nugget and fries… it’s not a big order get it together a little bit

What is with the Ithaca McDonalds 1 to 2 dollars more for menu items than Dryden, Cortland, Auburn? In general, at the Ithaca McDonald's, it seems as though the drive-thru service does have less errors. 3 stars here just because of pricing.Food: 4/5

My husband goes pretty much every am after work for breakfast. Around 8am. More often then not order is wrong. Dont even understand what a plain black ice coffee is! Muffins wrapped up like you picked them off the floor and stuffed them in the bag. No readable receipts. More expensive than many other McDs and the quality control is terrible!!!! We have gone there for the last time!!!!!!!!

Drive thru gets very busy and they prioritize the drive thru but all in all a decent mcdonalds. Its kinda on the small side and one time the drive thru lady said she “didnt want to cook more apple pies because its late” when it was 10:30pm And the store closes at 12. Either way its a decent branch.

worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to!! went last night and waited over 30 mins for a $7 order!! the older lady didn’t know how to bag or handle her screen and was screaming at the employees!! i understand that they were understaffed but this is not how you run a business!! they locked the doors bc they couldn’t handle the stress!! i was scared to eat the food, not very good!! please do NOT come here unless you want to wait for cold, bad food.

figured that since this is one of the only restaurants in town that advertises 24 hours online we'd go there for food around 1:45 am. got into the drive thru and someone tells us the "computers are down" from 2am-3am and for some reason that means they're only taking doordash orders at that time and apparently cannot work the kitchen equipmemt. they had time to take and make our order before the "computers would be down" but refused to, giving us that lame excuse again and not even offering an apology. change your online hours if you're really not going to be taking orders for a whole hour in the early morning. stupid.

I wanted to order a few burger patty’s for my dog they won’t sell them separately like every other McDonald’s ,she said they don’t have the button anymore! , I paid with a 100$ bill , I could hear them talking about me at the drive through saying another words like I have a 100$ bill but wanted to order patty’s what a “baller” lol not that serious but it is when your supposed to respect customers and be nice not snotty and rude . They should mind their business and do their job , then maybe they can get some of these orders right .

Avoid like the plague! I came through the drive through late at night so it was a busy time since they were probably understaffed. I placed my order and was charged for it but never received it from the window. I waited for half an hour before I decided to leave because it was clear my food would never arrive. I called the restaurant and they would not answer the phone so I had to do a chargeback through my credit card company. I will make sure to not return to this Mcdonalds location anytime in the future.

The worst Macdonalds in the USA. Just recently I have recorded how the workers were behaving extremely rude and using an offensive language to me. I have sent this video to Macdonalds customer support and to the manager at this location. You can't even imagine what she told me. She said I am not the first one complaining about this old guy with the wite hair, working at night shift, she said that she will talk to him and maybe suspend him for several days. Are you kidding me?? This worker was screaming and threatening me and i heard some sort of racial discrimination to my adress. 0 actions from the manager and customer support. They just have an excuse that they are in shortage of workers. Unacceptable!
