Didn't know what I was talking about, even though it was in their menu. Had written out what was wanted as well as telling them and they still got the order wrong.

Very rude service on a Sunday morning. Walked up to palce order, cashier said "What do you want?".... no good morning.... hello.... NOTHING! TABLES dirty, ketchup dispenser broken. When we asked for ketchup the Manager at the counter rudely passed a handful of packets. Watched her do the same to another couple. Thank goodness the food tasted good. NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! I worked at BK myself.... I KNOW THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
