My husband and I stopped in on our way back to the Lansing area, not impressed at all. While we waited 20 minutes we got to enjoy watching the employees flip each other off. Then we got to watch our food go out the window literally to a drive thru customer to help their window time. Since our food was giving away ever so kindly we got to watch as the employees scattered to put together our order forgetting just about everything. Very exciting experience to say the least!

I LOVE BURGER KING ALWAYS HAVE AND" ITS SUPPOSED TO BE MADE YOUR WAY" OK! ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT PLEASE..!!! ALWAYS BEFORE YOU LEAVE ANY BURGER KING CHECK YOUR ORDER NO MATTER WHAT THEY READ BACK AND ITS RIGHT, DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE GONNA "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" ,PERIOD TAKE IT FROM ME... I LIVE EXACTLY 3MILES AWAY AND ,"THEY DID NOT MAKE IT MY WAY ".WELL I CALLED I WENT BACK AND I GOT MY MONEY BACK ,PERIOD! !! #PATTI 420ALWAYS! !!!

Whopper was burnt. No mayonnaise. Very disappointed with my food. Nuggets good.

Lady behind counter coughed in her hand then proceeded to hand out food. Didn't go wash her hands, just kept handing out orders. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! NOT TO MENTION THE PLAYLAND WAS FILTHY. FLOORS SO STICKY YOUR SHOES STUCK TO THE FLOOR.

Manager was nice workers were whatever attitude greased needs to be changed will not be eating here again turn me off to Burger King
