Rude ass customer service from Betsy. Her partner, Jakob however was the saving grace with good customer service after she stormed away. Promote him, and for the good of your business fire her. Service station or not customer service should always be #1. And no, it was not a case of bad customer, i was very VERY polite and recieved heavy amounts of attitude and rudeness. Jakob is AWESOME. He knows how to run register, greet guests with a smile (even when Betsy is yelling at him, or a customer is rude with him) and actually cares about his job and service.

My family and I waited in line for 20 minutes without anyone even making eye contact with us. The girl behind the counter walked back and forth at the speed of a three toed sloth, wearing no gloves, and placing miniature hash browns in the cardboard container one at a time. The line slowly disappeared behind us where a dozen people all went and got breakfast sandwiches from Starbucks that operates with one panini press. When my mother said, "excuse me!", she initially ignored us, and when my mother said it louder, we received a rude "one second please", again, with no eye contact. No mam, you get no more seconds of my life. The whole experience aged me about 3 months. I went in 28 weeks pregnant and thought I would be exiting the line with a newborn. Moral of the story, wait in line at Starbucks instead.

 SUCKS.  Worst BK Ever! Slowest service, they take the fast out of fast food! A manager with his head up his butt watching his staff spending the time looking at the monitors trying to figure out what to do and nobody actually making food. Rude staff mocking customers who dared complain about cold fries delivered after 10 minute wait . The worst!

Wendys has nothing to fear about Burger King selling salads. The BK Grilled Chicken salad was lettuce used on burgers, 4 tomato slices, 3 chicken pieces, and dressing. 
No cheese, lettuce variety,  or anything else. It came in a small bowl and was way, overpriced.
