So I tried to order a 5 dollar mix and match for breakfast before the menu transitioned to lunch. I pre ordered it online and expected it to be done before I got there. Turns out when we arrived to pick up the order they claimed they stopped making the orders for breakfast so they no longer have the stuff to make it. The order was placed long enough before the deadline for breakfast to end. I thought that when you order online prior to your arrival it is suppose to be made when the order is placed. Unlike ordering through the drive through. I was under the impression that a preorder means you skip the line and your order is made when you send the request. That way you get there and you can grab the order and leave. We arrived to find our order hadn’t been made at all. It’s as if we ordered it and they decided to treat the order as if it was a drive through order. The people at this establishment did not do their job right and they were less than helpful when we arrive to pick up the order that was placed prior to 10:30am.

Best Burger King I have been too . Fast and they actually put fresh food out here .

I just left there w 4 3piece french toast sticks, they were all raw n mushie inside. All it takes is n xtra few seconds to cook them right. So frustrating, if I wasn't halfway home wd have brought them back in. When r u people going to cook them just n xtra few seconds????????

As far as fast food goes, this is definitely our go-to in the Waterville area. Fast service, fresh food, and the people working there have always been great. Regular menu items and breakfast are pretty darn tasty and they've got something for everyone.nnIf you're getting the kids a bite to eat, park by the trees and toss some fries to the gray squirrels, they'll come right down and get a tasty meal too. Pretty fun to watch!

Great staff! Had a great experience with them readily fixing an order for us. I appreciate how good this location is about fixing any mistakes
