Love how nicely they package the food most of the time, like they actually take their time. Food is always out in a timely manner. Never had any real issues here, other than the occasional tiny mistake. And I'm absolutely obsessed with the Spicy Deluxe chicken Sandwich. Handbreaded, huge, and a flavor to die for. Better than any other places competing sandwich by far.

Nuggets could have been fresher service was excellent very friendly but the Powerade tasted like it had soap in it and the ketchup station is very oily also they are keeping the cleaning supplies under the drink station

Good food but if they forget my sauce I pay for again I’m going back. Can’t count on both hands how many times they’ve charged me for sauce I don’t get.

Food was correct, and hot! Staff were friendly. Thats as good as it gets with fast food.

Very friendly staff. Feels more like a family restaurant than a fast food place. Made my burger just the way I wanted and was perfect. fries were hot and fresh and kids love the kids meals. Recommend over other fast food in Herkimer.
