I rarely if ever write a negative review but this experience was the worst I have ever had at a customer service establishment! - Understaffed only two people but not busy -Waited way too long for our food 20-30 min -Food was disgusting and cold - We found two hairs on eggs and sausage so we couldn't eat a bunch of our food and stopped eating after that -Restrooms are so dirty we didn't want to use them -Flies everywhere like more flies than I've ever seen in a restaurant -Employee hygiene including hands were dirty and lacking -I am also filing a complaint with the health dept it is so concerning! -The woman in the manager shirt running the front counter and drive thru kept texting and talking to the guy in the back about Snapchat meanwhile we are all waiting 20-30 minutes for our food -Multiple customers waiting complained about the wait, the staff and the food, we even told people waiting in line to go elsewhere and they did! - Play place was so dirty it was unusable - Supplies were not stocked There are so few food options in Afton it's sad this is such a poorly managed and poor customer service restaurant! We come here all the time and the experiences have always been poor enough I would give it no stars! This was by far the worst and we will avoid coming back at all costs!!!!!!!

Recently moved to alpine and my boyfriend and I didn't have any food and everything else was closed except for BK - or so we thought. We've been there before and they've messed up our order every single time and the drive thru takes FOREVER to get through. I thought this was fast food? Unfortunately it was our only option for food at the time. So we looked up the hours on here and their Facebook page. They both said they were open until 12am. Upon driving over 30mins to just get there we find they're closed and their hours are only until 10pm. So in total we wasted over an hour of our time for absolutely nothing. Luckily the gas station down the road was open. But honestly how hard is it to put the right hours on your website? This BK is so incompetent its unbelievable. Will NEVER come here again. I'd rather drive to Jackson which is 50 mins away than go here. Thanks for wasting over an hour of my life, my gas and miles on my car. You guys suck.

What a dump food took 30 minutes workers playing with their hair then food. Dirty or should i say filthy uniform. Do not go there.
