Cosy location, not the best food. Can only really eat v food so went in and got the vegetarian nuggets. Can honestly say I’ve had much better nuggets, didn’t taste or look very appetising. The chips were actually nice, and the ketchup tasted good; but as a meal, I wouldn’t be ordering this again. It’s a shame, because I’ve had vegetarian options once before from a different location and it was really nice. May try again, but not the same meal. The interior is actually very well furnished and laid out. So definitely some points there. But it’s not a place I’d rush to eat from again. A shame really, as I’d heard good things before going here.
As normal, photo looked better than the actual burger. Disappointed on the amount of chips given. Got charged sugar tax on Coke which was not displayed on the TV screen. Fast service on this occasion and the people who worked there did a good service. Good value on the meal £5.12. More chips would have made it even better.Food: 3/5
Absolutely terrible food and service, won't visit ever again Expectation vs Reality
Just popped into BK for a cup of tea whilst doing some jobs in town. I have reduced mobility and rely on crutches, but I believe it was a guy named Hassan, his customer service skills were second to none - he was more than happy to carry my drink to my chosen seating area and then said to shout if I needed any additional help. Parking: Fair amount of parking in the BK car park, but if you can't find a space there are plenty of surrounding car parks that can be utilised. If I recall correctly, there's 90 minutes of free parking. Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level, the only downside is that someone with a mobility aid like myself will struggle with the doors as they're quite heavy and manual doors Dietary restrictions: I'd love to see a broader range of options in terms of food as I'm restricted to a gluten free diet

Really do like this place. Did give it a 4 star only because you still have to pay by card and no milkshakes. I don't always have enough money in my account to buy this. Nice food though. They have milkshakes on again, yay. Still pay by card.Food: 5/5
Not had a whopper in a few years, went a few weeks and got a double whopper. Bread a bit dry but a decent burger. Chips were good too! Quite pricyFood: 4/5
Service is always very friendly from the guys at the front desk when I visit around 12pm Weds-Fri. Fresh hot chips always, puts the local Maccies to shame!!!
What the *uck. Ordered just a Chicken Royale. While I’m waiting, Another customer walks to counter and returns AN OPENED chicken royal saying the staff got an order wrong. I watch as staff member wraps it back up, puts it in a new bag and tries serves it to me. I declined it saying the sandwich was touched by another customer. She says ok no prob we will make another one. She goes to the back, speaks to the chefs, 30sec later she hands me my order. WHICH IS THE SAME SANDWICH, NOW COLD AND NOT EVEN WRAPPED CORRECTLY. What the *uck is this, the level of not caring in this place is unreal. It should be closed down due to the unsanitary practices. I wouldn’t put it past them to even spit in my sandwich.
Can't beat flamed grill. Tasty burger and delicious chocolate milk shake. Have to wait. At least you know it's fresh. Friendly staff.
