The worst experience ever. Rude staff! I ordered chicken nuggets at the screen and she asked me did I want the four piece or the eight piece, after I replied the eight piece she then promptly told me they no longer carry the eight piece, another lady came on the speaker and rudely yelled "Yes we do!!!"... So I proceeded to order the eight piece, I got my chicken nuggets and they were burnt, and basically crumbly, as if it got fried 3 times, I went back around to see if they could make me a fresh batch, the lady told me that's just how they are and they just changed their oil so either way they're going to be burnt, again I got another eight piece that was burnt and crumbly smelled horrible, I just got my money back!!! I definitely need some customer service training because that was not it. I don't know a single Burger King ever that serves burnt chicken nuggets and tells customers "that's how it is"???? Disappointed every time I go but I think this was the last time I give the benefit of the doubt to try. They will be out of business before too long. Wish I could give zero stars.
Took 15 minutes to order the lady wouldn't listen to me order when all I wanted was 4 chicken Jr's. And she kept saying ya I have the chicken Jr on there. Then she kept going on saying they were very under staffed. Been waiting to get to window to pay for 20 minutes now. I will never come back here again. Let see if my food is even hot.
My husband ordered last night at 7:35pm via the app. I went to pick it up. Lights were all off and Two employees older male, younger female were sitting inside at booths avoiding my attempts to get their attention. Finally they went outside and I yelled from my car asking for a refund since their hours state they were opened until 9pm at the drive through and it was 7:45pm and they were closing. She yelled back they have nothing to do with the app. Unacceptable and rude.
I live out of town and was visiting family. Came to Burger King in Spirit lake and no one was in parking lot or drive thru. I put in my order which was several things. While at the window your staff made several comments to someone there that could they start expediting because everyone in the drive thru is order 10 meals. She was rude and not friendly at all. This was on Sunday Sept. 12th at 11:05 a.m. please figure this out. You just hire anyone just to have help. Terrible service.
My girlfriend and I went to the drive-thru at Burger King in Spirit Lake and we were promptly told they closed in 10 mins. Mind you it was only 6:50pm. I said ok I understand and wanted to order a chicken sandwich to which the lady said “We took the chicken station down because again we close in 10 minutes.” Which is fine we were going to order a burger then. And before I could get my order out she repeated “We close in 10 minutes.” Which I took as she didn’t want to help, so I just said ok we will just leave then. So we took off. I know with how many places that are hiring with how the economy is right now I was trying to be understanding maybe they are short staffed. Maybe she’s been there since opening. Or maybe an emergency she needed to get to. I was just disappointed in the way she was speaking to us. We looked up the hours online to see maybe they did close earlier than expected. On Google it says drive-thru closes at 9pm. Again it wasn’t even 7pm. More than two hours prior to what the hours are posted. The hours were just recently updated as well.
A great example of customer non-service. I no longer frequent this place due to the latest visit. I ordered at the drive thru. When I drove around to pickup my food I saw a car drive over the medium to get around a car that was waiting. I told the person at the window that the car waiting needed to pull forward so I could get by. She abruptly said "the last three cars got around fine", slammed the window and walked away. Wow! Not wanting to possibly damage my car, I waited for the car to move so I could leave safely. This person needs some serious customer service training! Also, check out your order before you leave because they often get it wrong.
Horrible service, the WORST I have ever had. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The "owner" is very rude, impatient and has awful, awful customer service. They messed up our order and made us go back around to order what we ordered the first time, which we didn't even get because she is lazy and rude and didn't want to serve us again. Our food, that we did get, was cold and stale. The "owner " also got an awful attitude when our 2 yr. Old was crying. Which is something 2 yr olds do once in a while. Worst drive thru you'll ever go to. Highly recommend you just drive the extra 2 miles for McDonalds. Disgusted with this busines and the "owner" especially.
Just sloppy service had to wait for our food cold fries burgers put together sloppy. Also offer apple sauce on kids menu but got told they haven't carried it for two years ... Worst burger king I've been to
i REALLY dont want to give any stars but had to in order to post this review, we USED to eat at the burger king i. spirit lake bcuz the one in Spencer sucks, well not anymore they lost our business, twice now we have gone up there for supper on the weekend and they have been closed at 7pm!!!!! what fast food place closes on the weekend that early!!?? and both times they have been extremely rude when yelling at us at the drive thru they are closed... i wouldnt reccommend going here at all
We were on a time crunch so I figured I'd stop at BK quick for my kid's lunch.. they forgot their large order of fries. They were extremely upset but we had no time to go back. This is the 3rd time in several months that they had forgotten part of our order. The cashier barely said a word to me, let alone made eye any contact with me. I was not satisfied with my experience.
