As someone who eats fast food very rarely because it's gross, I have stopped at the Burger King in St. Ignace multiple times when traveling through and my experience has been very positive every time. I have always used drive through and the service has been amazing! Always very friendly, professional and accurate. The food is ready quickly, it's always very hot, fresh and very tasty! I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Keep up the great work folks, it is appreciated!
We moved here a few months ago and love Burger King. We were eating there several times per week. Then, orders started getting messed up. We took the first couple back and asked for correct orders, which we were given. Then we just started telling them about the constant errors. We quit going for a couple of months hoping it would get better. We ordered fish sandwiches, one light tartar, one heavy tartar. Good enough. Went back a day later, same order. The light tartar was nonexistent basically, but ok. The heavy tartar was ridiculous. I pulled it out of the bag and the wrapper was covered, opened the wrapper and the tartar was all over the outside of the bun, I pulled the top bun off and there was a handful of tartar that I had to scoop off. Took 3 paper towels. Went back there next day and ordered burgers and let them know about the mess with the tartar sauce and was told not to come back because we complain too much, right after having a bag of food thrown at us. I called the manager 2 weeks ago, still don't have a call back. So ridiculous. Waste of time and money.
The food was hot and fast. The drive thru service was great. I should have gotten the Bacon King instead of the chicken sandwich, but that's my fault. It's not a knock on the restaurant.Food: 4/5
Stopped here yesterday 12/17/2022 between 11:30-11:45 Absolutely the best service and the best Double Whopper perfectly cooked toppings were fresh and the fries were hot Great job St. Ignace

I'm a loyal BK guy have ever since I was 17 I'm now 53 and still love going there. Vegetarian options: I'm not vegan but my stepdaughter loves em . Parking: If there's no room inside it's awesome to eat out in the truck ,like my grampa used to do in the 50s when they had the old school drive-ins. Wheelchair accessibility: All sights supply a good ramp for anyone in a wheelchair.
Dining room closed, even with 7 employees standing around inside. Making it hard for truck drivers to get something to eat. Their employees sitting in the dining room with the doors locked. Pathetic
Ok usually I have no problem with there food. Services is fast, food is great but I order chicken strips, this is what I got hard over cooked chicken pieces . Onions rings tasted like they sat there awhile, cooked twice.
Just left there 5 minutes ago. Disappointed. Walked in. No line. Every time I stop at this BK, SOMETHING is always missing. There was literally 3 items to put in the bag. 2 sandwiches that were the same and a single order of fries. No fries. Thanks BK-St. Ignace. Ripped me off again.
Fantastic! Best hamburgers I have ever had from any Burger King restaurant. Service is Fantastic! Was super busy, cars wrapped around building, service was fantastic! Cars moving steadily, our food was made perfectly, we even asked for one of our orders of french fries to be well done, and they were! Even though they were busy they made our order perfectly! Highly recommend! Would give them 10 stars if I could!
