This restaurant is one of the few old retro models left. Since the newer models have the boring modern black boxes like every fast food joint these days. As I’m reviewing this place the drive thru is still open and they are hiring staff. They recently open back up breakfast on June 6th I would recommend people to visit this place in poulsbo village
As a vegetarian, I'm always on the lookout for restaurants that cater to my dietary preferences, and I must say, Burger King has definitely won me over with their Impossible burgers. First of all, I appreciate the fact that Burger King is making an effort to provide a meat-free option for their customers. It's a great step forward towards sustainability, animal welfare, and health consciousness. But let's talk about the burger itself. The Impossible patty is delicious, juicy, and tastes remarkably similar to real beef. It's a game-changer for me, as I can now enjoy the taste and texture of a burger without compromising my vegetarian lifestyle. Food is great, people are friendly and greet you with a smile! The only downfalls to this place is it closes really early and it only allows drive through, they have not opened their doors yet! Vegetarian options: The impossible burger is very delicious and taste great, I even tricked my kids to see if they would know the difference, which they didn't.
I haven't been to a BK in a year.  This is because every time i went my order was incorrect. Something was always forgotten. Today I let my granddaughter talk me into going again been using DQ.  Anyway I ordered 1 whopper meal w/sprite, 2 bk jrs meals w/vanilla and chocolate shakes and a kids 4 piece chix nuggets meal w/apple juice to tune of $41.36 and I also paid it forward for the car behind me which was $5.60.  I paid, pulled forward and thus began the worst experience I have ever had.  There were 2 ppl I could see one tall girl and one shorter one.  No name tags.  Anyway I was the lucky one to get the taller one with the attitude.  When I pulled up she opened her window and said you had the vanilla shake I said yes and she started to hand it to me I said and a chocolate one too along with a sprite. She looked like a deer in the headlights, looked up at something and shut the window.  A couple of minutes later the other girl shorter came to the window with a small bag saying you had the whopper jr.  I said I had 2 whopper jr meals, a whopper meal and a kids meal.  Again with the deer in the headlights.  Back comes tall girl with shakes.  I asked for a carrier as by then I had the sprite.  She said What? I repeated and I got an eyeroll while she shut the window and put them in a carrier.  I know disrespect when I see it and she had it in spades. Understand we sat in line for at least 15 minutes and so did everyone else.  Then I had to remind her about my great granddaughters apple juice. I understand they are probably new but someone that knows the ropes should have been there to oversee them.  This has cemented my determination not to use BK again.  I understand you don't do well in responding or doing anything about complaints but felt you should know because if you don't know you can't fix it.  Doesn't matter to me anymore as I'm done with you
They are never open past 6pm even though they have 10pm on the door. Also the newish black haired lady that runs the window is always snippy and rude, and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. The one lady that had the wrist brace was always a gem though, great listener and never rushed you when you were trying to decide on food. They used to be A1, and way better than MD’s up the street, but something has changed, be it management or owner, and it shows. Not the BK I used to know and eat for lunch fairly often. Thank the lord himself that Taco Time is down the street.
Odd hours. Out of ingredients lettuce but they don't tell the customer. Makes me wonder what is going on in the kitchen with your food. Don't go here.Food: 1/5
I'd love share a picture, however I never received my order. Placed my order through the app, at 1005pm drove to location, to a have a very rude lady, tell me that a printed sign states they close at 10. When I explained the app allowed me to place my order, and straight up said pick up before 11pm. And it was 1015. She started to give me attitude, and once again pointed to a printed sign. I asked if I could get a refund. She told me "you have to get it from the f*$@king app". Several vehicles were showing up and attempting to pick up orders or order. I guess they are afraid of a paycheck. Sorry this locations have employees like that .
BK used to be really good on their pricing and the food used to be really good too, but sadly the food quality has gone down hill and the prices have skyrocket. For just the both of us it cost $22 so needless to say we cancelled our order in the drive through and went to DQ and the pricing and quality of food is still really good. The cashier was really nice and understanding and she was just doing her job. If bk keeps raising the prices we won't be back. Update: they are closing way to early now. I don't think they are opened past 6:00 pm most days now which is really stupid.
The employees are so nice! The Whoppers were excellent- lots of veggies and condiments!!! ****I thought an update was in order. This Burger King is very busy, and many times they're short staffed. No matter how long the line outside is, the employees are always smiling, and friendly! One employee really stands out - Her name is Emily! Emily is a customer service Super Star! Always professional, friendly, and upbeat! If you go to the drive thru regularly, you know who Emily is!
Who doesn't love a Whopper w/cheese? Best FFBurger out there!Food: 4/5
