I had gone to the Okotoks Bulk Barn after work on May 12th. While I was walking past the female manager who was cleaning the tops of the bins, I accidently bumped her cart that had been in the middle of the isle. I apologized to her and made a joke regarding my clumsiness. She totally ignored me, turned her back on me and proceeded to continue with her cleaning. I found her attitude quite rude and very unprofessional. This is not how people should be treated when they come to your place of business to shop. In speaking with another staff, it was inferred that she often treats people this way and others have complained as well. I will not shop here again!
