Nice glasses, but horrible service. I’ve been several times and they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in and you feel like you’re bothering them when you ask to see a pair of glasses. They don’t give you any advice on the glasses you’re trying. I went out of the way to find the glasses I wanted somewhere else.

I was given the wrong prescription and then charged another 40 dollars to fix it. This was somewhat disappointing.

Terrible service. Posh unhelpful people that barely look up when you walk in. All the glasses are in locked cabinets so unless someone assists you, which was a bother to them, you won't try anything on

Love this place. Amazing selection of frames in amazing decor. Love the exposed brick wall and excellent service. I think they have some 25 years of experience. Best in town.

Totally uninterested sales representatives. The fancy store is not enough for me to spend more money, compared to elsewhere, when the quality of service is absent.

Charges for lenses are 230$ also they try and convince you their best to buy a frame from them even when you provide your own frame. Also the lenses get smudged and scratches very easily.
