Wow! Just RUDE! Waiting for my take out. Can't get any help from staff. Just ignored! When I am FINALLY acknowledged, the girl doesn't ask my name for my order or what my order is. Just says it will be out. I guess this must be the corporate model. Lost my business.

10/6/24. Sunday football. They weren't as crowded as I thought. They had pn a verity of games today. The Classic Burger was excellent today.

Boy oh boy let’s talk about Grandpa. Grandpa was the most funny and attentive man in this whole place, mans needs a raise!! We got the all you can eat wings and he pulled up a chair then kept asking if we wanted more rounds, even before we ate our food!! Mans was on top of everything!! Then at the end, glitter girl was bullying grandpa saying that she would bust his kneecaps, but I told grandpa that he can at least get workers companionship so he’s slaying! WARNING GRANDPA WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO GET A TO GO BOX!! Btw I got a To Go box :

I used the online ordering app. I ordered the 20/20 bundle. Wings were excellent, and properly sauces. it's a shame the cheese curds were over fried and inedible and the potato wedges I paid to upgrade weren't in the bag. Id call and complain but it's not worth it. I won't order again. It was the first time and the last time for me. $75 dollars to put food in a bag and it's not even correct. It doesn't take much to read a receipt slip. No one at the pick up counter to even assist.
