Buffalo Wild Wings

We order from here often because we like the food, but never once has the order been correct. Tonight they forgot our celery and carrots as well as our ranch and blue cheese. They also forgot the 5 extra sauces we ordered and paid for. They forgot the dipping sauces that are supposed to come with the cheese curds and fried pickles. Last time we ordered they forgot one whole half of our meala burger and fries. This place is absolutely terrible and it seems like they just don't care regardless of if you tell them things were missed or not.

We have seen some bad BWW in our time and travels, and this one takes no exceptions. EVERY TIME we get delivery something is missing. Doesn't matter if it's a Friday night or a Sunday night. From dipping sauces to full blown main entrees. No effort seems to go into making orders right. This location should just turn off delivery since they obviously don't care to get it right. There are better options for wings in town. Would recommend looking at alternatives.

This is a weird one for me. I went in to order and was warned that they just sat a table of 10 which takes prior over my to go order. I said ok that's fine which physically annoyed the cashier. Meanwhile, she became irritated with the gentleman behind me stating she can't stand customers that have no patience. I was told to move aside so she could tell him that he's just going to have to wait until she got done waiting on me. Then she became annoyed when another worker came to help the gentleman. She actually told her coworker. I just told him he had to wait and she ignored her and sent him on his way. This is not the first time I've had this experience at Buffalo wild wings. The food is usually pretty good. A couple of the wings were burnt. I don't even know how but other than that the food got home hot. I always enjoy when I dine in because it is a pretty cool atmosphere.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. People want better pay? Earn it. If you’re working here and have zero reading or reasoning skills, why should you be getting more than minimum wage.nnAlso, when you mess up an order, take responsibility and make it right. People are paying almost $2 a wing and you do it this poorly.nnI will never again spend my money in this establishment. I’d recommend others save their money and cook road kill or eat dirt. It’s cheaper and probably healthier

Our server forgot the order of onion rings and when we received it there was no apology, rings were just dropped on the table and she ran off. Also I was unpleasantly surprised to see how the amount of celery and carrots decreased for the price. Bad enough it's an extra charge now when it used to be free. For the price all you get is 2 celery sticks and 4 tiny baby carrots. Not cool. Also straws kept breaking in the same spot making it impossible to use them. Overall BWW has turned pretty trashy over the past year. Before it was a good sports bar, now its more of a fast food place. I doubt I'll return soon.
