Burgers consistently make it to table cold and not properly cooked to request. Wait for the staff even on slower times and watch them hang out across the room. Only reason to go here is to watch tv, which can be done at home while grilling better beef.

The burgers are always big and flavorful comes with lots of fries makes the meals filling. Of course the wings are always great! Spinach artichoke dip and the pita chips, one of a kind!

Extremely disappointed with the service tonight. I understand it was very busy but I knew it would be and called ahead to let them know i had a group of 15. They told me it would only be a 30 to 45 min wait on the phone. Upon arriving about 20 min later (which I told them would be my arrival time) they told me it would still be 30 to 45 min wait. My group waited well over an hour as we watched multiple groups of 8 to 10 come in and be seated before us. I'm not joking when I say hundreds of people were served before we even got a table. My party had to watch as people came in, group by group, got a table, ate their food, and left while we waited the whole time.
The wait wasn't even the worst part either. The waiter was extremely rude and complained directly to us about having to serve us. We also had a simple question since a gratuity was automatically applied (understandable for the large group) but the receipt was confusing as it seemed like they charged a gratuity for each meal and then again at the end. When asked about it the waiter gave us attitude and complained about his job and how hard it is. He told us any questions will need to be brought up to the manager because he is too busy deal with it. As he walked away he flagged down the manager and was clearly complaining about us to the manager (not hard to tell when he is right next to us pointing his finger angrily and the expressions on his face).
Now the manager was the only one who was decent and apologized for the problems. He did offer us a discount but as the bill had been separated the discount was only applied to a small portion and doesn't fix the inherent problem of the waiter and the fact that we had to wait so long.
Moral of the story...I guess you need to just say you are two groups of seven and you will immediately be seated, won't get an automatic gratuity, and hopefully the waiter won't complain to your face.
