Tara Bemidji - Thai food and craft beer

Tara was very good, overall very fast service, but we beat the rush (5:30)! Great selection of wine, beer and Thai food most importantly. I ordered the drunken noodle, which was great as I like spicy...and it was most definitely spicy. The noodles were cooked perfectly and I added a side of Jasmine rice stemming from my Asian heritage (nulls the spicy a little). The spring rolls were also great, although the sauce was a little too sweet and missing maybe a little spice. All in all great vibe, good eats, quick service and pleasant experience. I would go back for sure!

Was excited to try Tara for lunch. Had the cashew nut chicken dish. The chicken was not palatable. When I was leaving I went and told the guy about the chicken, he was rude, short and so unfriendly, like it was my fault. The dude stated that it was flash fried too long, well duh! The person who cooked it would have been able to tell just by looking at the chicken, that it was not right. Not going back, and letting my friends and colleagues know my experience. If the fellow that I talked with had been nice to me and friendly to me, I'd probably give it a second chance. No way in heck now!

Been there a couple times. Food is great! Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Check it out! (High top chairs are not comfortable, have a small seat area and are slippery. Will sit at a regular table next time.)

It was my first time at your restaurant.The guy at front was helpful in ordering .I am not really into spicy food and he directed me to a great choice.Hint .....the person that greets you and takes the order is the most important face to start a great experience next to the food taste.Never settle training ,training, training..
