The service was horrible from start to finish the lady at the entrance demanded everyone to have masks which is understandable but not when the waitress herself wasn’t wearing hers secondly we were sat too close to a couple which was very uncomfortable since there was only a feet of distance separating us so we asked if we could be seated in one of the many empty tables they refused even though the place was basically empty making no sense for her to place us so close to someone else. third we ordered 20 pieces of wings but only got 15 and the 15 pieces were dumped on top of each other mind you they were different flavors yet we didn’t complain at that point we just didn’t care anymore Finally I revived the bill and we were charged for the 20 wings so I corrected her and had our bill changed all that wouldn’t have bothered me and I understand people make mistakes but it was her rude attitude and lack of effort that caused me to write this review
I’ve come here for years but recently have declined in the amount of visits due to poor service and food times. Today, topped all of my bad visits and I will not be returning. We ordered our full order and asked for Onion Rings as an appetizer. The onion rings took 20 minutes to get to our table and we’re cold. Waitress didn’t come check on our table for another ten minutes and when I told her it was a nonchalant “oh I’ll just take those off your tab”. I ordered wings and fries and my dad ordered the boneless wing pizza and fries. The wings and pizza arrived 20 minutes after the onion rings and the waitress said “oh I’ll be right back with your fries”. We took a bite of our meals and just like the onion rings, cold as can be. We were hoping our fries could have been to our table and at least warm but our waitress ignored our table while hiding out in the drink station and was no where to be seen. I had to wave her down to let her know that the food again was cold and that she forgot our fries. Again, an emotionless response of “I’ll grab my manager”. Manager came out and seemed to not even care and just said “we’ll take the onion rings and fries off the tab and give you a discount”. We paid for the wings and pizza but it didn’t dawn on me until we were heading out the door that we paid for food we didn’t even eat. I was so over the situation that I didnt bother starting an argument over paying for the meal. This place used to be the top of the town and was my go-to but the lack of care from the top down shows and makes it hard to want to recommend this place.
I only gave this place 2 stars because the host was very nice and the strawberry margarita was delicious. On the other hand, our server, Praxedes, was horrible. We ordered happy hour items and some wings. Of course the sauces we wanted were not available because they were so popular, fine. What really frustrates me is my friend ordered the street tacos and never received them. My nachos barely had any cheese on them as well. I get it, the place was busy but our server did not come by ONCE to check on us. We had to ask the guy who was running food to bring us forks and we had to flag down our waitress to get the bill and asked her to take off the street tacos because we didn’t get them. She didn’t even apologize she just grabbed the receipt, took it to her side station and ripped off the bottom half and brought us back the receipt. Maybe some more training would do good.
Amazing service! We sat at the bar because there was a bit of a wait, that bartender was outstanding! She was all over the place but didn't miss a thing. The food was good. Typical consistent chain restaurant food. It was very loud like one would expect at a sports bar. I would absolutely go back for the service.Food: 4/5
The hostess was super rude and definitely unprofessional. Our waitress forgot about us. We waited for 30 minutes until our waters came. We ordered a sampler but only received 3 onion rings, 1 mozzarella stick, small nacho with everything on it we asked for no jalapeños and no crema no marinera sauce was served for mozzarella sticks, and our 5 wings only 2 were sauced. We ordered 10 boneless wings with 2 flavors, they brought us bone in wings. We had the waitress take them back so we had to wait another hour for our boneless wings. When they brought them they were cold and hard with only one sauce and it wasn’t even what we ordered. The waitress never came around and it wasn’t busy at all.
Honestly, this place doesn't deserve one star. I wish they were better, because it would be great to have decent wings here but their food and service are abysmal. The chicken wings are cooked until they are like shoe leather. Whatever you do, don't order them on DoorDash. They usually wait about thirty or forty minutes and then just cancel for no reason. If you do get food, you will be missing some of your order and they definitely won't follow any instructions. After they canceled without reason for like the third time, I tried calling the store to just ask if there was some issue or if they were even open that day. The person who answered the phone was rude and immediately blamed DoorDash, when I tried to explain DoorDash told me they had cancelled, she transferred me to what I assume was a manager, without saying a word. The manager got on the phone and yelled at me saying it's not their problem and they can't control DoorDash and hung up on me after screaming into my ear. I have never in my life been treated so rudely. I honestly called because I wanted to just try to figure out what the issue is, and the answer is clearly that the staff at Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't care at all about their customers and is openly hostile towards them.
2019 4 stars - Friendly place with TONS of TV's showing sports. 7/16/2021 from 1:35 - 2:50p 3 stars - Today's visit was not up to the usual food and service quality I have come to expect at this location. I guess everyone can have an off day. 1 Today they ran out of "breading" for the chicken sandwich they have on promotion. So I had mine grilled. Okay - but not what I was craving and drive 30 minutes for. 2 My waiter bartender - I sat at the bar got my soda drink order wrong 3 times, and only did one refill I was there 1.25 hours. Although he was very busy talking loudly and stood around alot talking with other staff. FYI 1: You could hear him in all the way in the kitchen door closed laughing it up. FYI 2: For entertainment, he did manage to leave a tap open once, and beer was pouring out for a while, until a table server saw it - and ran around the end of the bar to stop it. My waiter bartender was still in the kitchen during all this. 3 I did not ask to talk with the manager, as what was happening was SO OBVIOUS, whoever was incharge HAD TO SEE AND HEAR IT ALL. 4 I saw another bartender step in an start helping others in the bar area - as I WAS NOT the only one getting bad service today. I like this place and will return - I think today was just an off day.
We always get great food from here! The service was good as usual. Love that we can watch almost any sports program no matter which direction we face. Great place!Food: 5/5
I give five stars to Angel Lopez service as a server, the kitchen messed up our order and two wings were missing out of 20 and then I went to the bathroom and the busser throw away my food and beer, but Angel got it handled and I got a new order to take home and a new beer topper to the rim. If I come back it will be because his understanding and patience. Kid-friendliness: Add a little arcade games air hockey or pac man
First off all the waiters/ waitresses are excellent. They were quick with orders, fun, and friendly. Great place for sports obviously there's like 60 tvs in there.... Wings were good, not amazing for price but definitely the place to go for your wing fix. I'd advise going on a discount deal day or happy hour. Quite annoyed I paid $9.25 for draft pacifico as that seems steep for a pacifico but hey....what are you gonna do. Again, the personell were excellent.
