Budget Plumbing

I don’t normally leave reviews let alone a negative one. I’m reluctant to not speak kindly about a local business but 5 stars doesn’t seem appropriate. The existing 5star reviews is why we called. Needed help unblocking a drain. Pricing was unclear. Charged 150 for 1/2 hr. Drain was still blocked when they left. Was not tested by running water for more than a few seconds if at all. Secondary problem of cracked Ill fitting pipes under sink may or may not have been pre existing but not a noticeable issue. Water gushing out after visit. Called back twice to accept offer of replacing pipes under sink for 400ish discussed on visit. Hoping they’d fix drain issue and secondary issue. Didn’t know what else to do. Calls were never returned. Called another plumber who cleared and tested blocked drain issue.
