Rory Siu was amazing throughout this whole process. We sold my elderly fathers home after recently losing my mother. There was a lot of emotion. Besides loosing his wife of 60 years, Dad had been in the home for well over 30 years and had no idea how to sell the house. Although I never lived in the house, I was a co-owner on the title. Because I live in the States and was still dealing with border crossing restrictions, Rory often worked with me remotely on appraising, listing and selling the house. Not living in Windsor, I did not know of a staging company, an attorney versed in international sales, movers and more. Mr. Siu was extremely helpful, resourceful and instrumental in every aspect of me selling my father’s home. I understand the market is hot, but I would’ve never imagined the quick sell strategy that Rory laid out would reap such an amazing financial reward. A true professional and a gentleman. I would highly recommend Rory Siu to anyone selling their home.
