Our team consists of 9 professionals, including Goran Todorovic, Broker & Team Leader; 5 talented and experienced Sales Representatives: Tracy Johnson, Jennifer Bartnik, Justin Murer, Jason Martin & Tanya Adamovic; Danielle Todorovic, Team operations Manager; and 3 full-time administrative assistants including a Graphics & Social Media Designer, Client Care Manager and Client Development Co-ordinator. Jessica Ciotoli at Team Goran goes above and beyond for her clients! We had worked with another agent from a different Realty for about a year. Things were not working out, unfortunately. When we switched over to Jessica, she helped us enter the housing market in 2 months! Because the pre-approved amount for us was the average amount many others had, we needed an advantage. Jessica strategized ideas and worked directly with our Mortgage Broker. She sent us ideas and was always knowledgeable about the homes we viewed. If she didn't know something, she would always find out and get back to us. Always called us right away. Followed up. If she was busy, and a viewing came up, she sent another agent to fill in. For us, what really showed us Jessica was different than the others was how we got into our home. Jessica gave us an exclusive viewing before hitting the market! She gave us advice on what to offer. She went above and beyond by hand delivering our offer in person!! All the details, down to the contract, and lawyer! We would not be in our home if it weren't for Jessica. Jessica has lifetime customers with our family. We can't help but speak highly of her. If you want your house sold or have tried to enter this crazy housing market- contact Jessica ! Just would like to say to Goran that he is incredibly lucky to have Kim Molnar on his team. She is an awesome and honest agent and works hard to get you all the information you need as a buyer. She is somebody you can't afford to lose, Goran. Not having met her in person, she helped me every step of the way to ensure I was getting all the proper information to make an informed decision on purchasing a property. And she works quick too! I ask for comps, they'll be there in an hour or less. I ask for what sold for how much, she's on it and the info is there quickly. She followed all the steps I needed in order to feel comfortable as a buyer and goes beyond. I don't sign buyer's representation agreements for allotted periods of time. I feel that is unethical. I only sign them for properties we offer on and that's it. She is okay with that. But my loyalty runs deep. If you help me with true honest integrity, why would I leave? She stuck with me and didn't try to pull any sort of dishonest shenanigans which is why we stuck with her. And she did everything we asked of her. The day we met her was the same day we saw our dream property and purchased it. This was after months of emails, texts, and phone communications. After dealing with agents that tried to slip sneaky contracts under my nose and then pressure me to sign their snake oil contracts, it's refreshing to know that people like Kim still exist. Kim is an asset to team Goran and she will work hard for you as an agent. We're so glad to have her work on our behalf. Thank you! -Zo
Cassandra was by far the best real estate agent I had the pleasure to work with. It was my first time purchasing a home and she was constantly updating me with potential homes that suits my needs. She can analyze homes at a glance and see the potential for each home. It was very easy to tell that she has a vast experience in real estate and used her knowledge to buy my first home. She walked me through everything and guided me each step of the way. She was never shy for phone calls to make sure I was sure for each decision being made. I could not have asked for a better agent that is friendly, knowledgeable, and available!
Scott Thompson is an amazing realtor. He is very positive, passionate, confident and driven to make sure his clients are happy every step of the way. We worked with Tanja Samardzic for buying our first home in Canada and it was an awesome experience. Since we were new to the market, she invested a lot of time in helping us understand how the pricing works and how to place our bids. She's a real consumer advocate and advised us with a lot empathy often sharing her real life experiences to help guide us finalizing our home. Not only that, she really helped us see the pros and cons made us fall in love with it. She knew just the right thing to say to the seller and right tactics to deploy that helped accept our offer on the house the very day. Really loved working with her. 10/10 would do it again.
Working with Nina Casporowiez was an incredible experience! As a Mississauga native coming to Windsor to study law, I had no idea what to expect or where to even begin to look. Once I explained my situation to Nina, she immediately responded back with details on how to best move forward and within the span of a couple days, I moved into a place I absolutely love. For newcomers to the city, Nina takes her time to not just explain the details of the unit they may be interested in, but also makes an extra effort to get them to be better acquainted with their neighbourhood and general area. I can not recommend Nina and Team Goran enough! Thank you for making everything so easy!

The services at the relax team are amazing. Our agent Hassan was a pleasure to work with. More than once he went above and beyond to get our house the most exposure and sold for a price that surpassed our expectations. All of our questions and concerns were addressed right away.
