Is this place open or not? Been there twice when they claimed to be open and pulled up to an empty lot with a closed sign on the door. Would love to try it but not having much luck. Somebody please update the hours if you are open.
Can’t really rate it but that’s not an option. Google shows it’s open. We trek out there over dirt country roads excited for scallops and prime rib only to find an empty parking lot and a closed sign on the door. Heading off to Legends Sports Pub. I hope this establishment isn’t a pandemic casualty. If it is, someone should update the Google site to reflect that.
This a very nice restaurant. The food was great. The Burgers and fries were huge. We had the giant pretzel to go along with our beers to start with and it was a hit. Like every where you go they were short of help but still the service was great. Will return to try their pizzas.
Prime rib came.. o my lord. YUM!! Aven, my grandson got chicken tenders and a mountain of fries.. the best meal for the money!! Dinner for 3.. under 40 bucks and the portions were huge. Cant get that anywhere else. Good job Betsy and Mark!! :
Said it was open and place was closed. Huge waste of time. Call before you go!!
A very good, wood fired pizza. And a very cold draft. Will be back soon.
Didn't even know it was there until today! Tucked back off the road by the campground. Food was pretty tasty. Limited drink selection, but they said they were closing down for a few weeks so makes sense. Fun for a change, we will likely go back.
This was not our first choice of places to go but it will be when ever we are in the area. My wife had wings, I had the steak sandwich. The fries were fresh cut and cooked to perfection. They give you a lot of them too. I highly recommend this place. It is off the beaten path but well worth it.
This was my first time here. The place looked pretty cool inside and out, I'd even like to try camping here sometime. Their Pizza is baked in a brick oven, over an open fire, and taste delicious! However, their wings and desserts were subpar. We got the boneless wings and they were cooked far too long and we're super hard, they had very little sauce, and the sauce that they did have did not have much flavor. We ordered the peanut butter pie and they give you a rather huge piece, which is a plus, however, I'm not quite sure the pie shell was baked all the way. Also, the pie filling tastes like somebody simply scraped out a jar of peanut butter into a pie shell, it's just pure thick sticky peanut butter. You must have a drink when eating their pie. All around it was a decent visit and the service was pretty good, she always kept our glasses full. I would recommend going back for the pizza.
Absoulty loved this place! Had some time to kill and stumbled across this gem! The mountain of amazing fries were perfect with my meaty burger that hit the spot! Carrot cake was so good i bought the rest to take home! Great menu will most definitely be back, not only for the food but also the amazing staff that were so friendly, nice, and fun. DO NOT let the location of the restaurant that sets at the entrance to a campground make you second-guess cuz if you do you will miss out!
