I ordered a dozen bagels and told the man what I wanted. While putting together my order he was talking to the other staff and answering questions. When he said one more I figured he was a multitasker like myself and it was correct. I actually gave a tip. When I went home i saw I only had 1 sesame, not 2 as I ordered which makes the count 12 not the 13 for a dozen. I was disappointed. I guess he was not a multitasker as I repeated the amount of each type of bagel I wanted. I wanted to return and get my bagel but was reminded by others when I shared the experience that I would be spending time and money gasand if I return to always count them before I leave.
We have been patrons for 25+ years. Unfortunately, the store struggles with consistency. Sometimes the bagels are perfect, but just as often there are quality issues. Bagel select can also vary widely. There has been a slow but steady decline in service and food quality over the years. We hope the store can stage a turnaround.
The staff is nice and the bagels are pretty good... But their sit-down tables and chairs area is closed off.... I think still since COVID Which is ridiculous 2021 called, they want their seating back... I ended up taking my business elsewhere.
I feel bad about this place. It's dirty and unkempt and they don't have enough bagels for all. They are unfriendly and grumpy. They have a section with tables but it's not served, the chairs are piled on top of the tables. We stood in line and they were out of most bagels, but then as we were waiting, they brought out trays of fresh ones! We told the very unfriendly person there that we too would have liked them and got a terse reply that they were already sold. All in all, they feel like they are going out of business soon. I feel bad about that. I hope they manage to turn themselves around.
To everyone who was working at this location this morning, THANK YOU! Not only did they make the effort to warn me about a creeper waiting for me in the parking lot, they took time out of their busy shift to make sure that I was safe and comfortable. This was customer service like I’ve never experienced. A million times thank you for everything INCLUDING the delicious breakfast sandwiches!
I frequently get my breakfast sandwiches here and most of the time, they are good. There are certain times that the food is subpar. You just need to be lucky to have good sandwiches on a certain day

Ok so its Jan 25 at 150 pm , out of eggs , sausage!! Don't you think maybe one should be able to make a sandwich up until the time of close . I'm so tired of these people being rude all the time , I always tip them well , perhaps it's time for a new job if they can't be nice or serve a customer
Bruegger's Bagels...what a shame. Of all the things that just aren't what they used to be.... Bruegger's has gone way downhill. It's not just this location. Quality keeps diminishing, while prices have increased all around. Find an independent bakery/cafe and support them instead.
Bagels were good. Seating still closed. Appearance was old and worn.
