The food was good, but the staff cannot follow simple requests even if their life depended on it. Bagel scooped out? Absolutely not. No onions? Let's put in extra onions. Make sure your $7 bagel sandwich is made the way you requested BEFORE leaving the store.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered via Door Dash and they put cream cheese on my bagel without asking. Put it on the side or let people know. They also did not send the hash browns. That fee is expensive for them to not send the correct order. Never again

They taste so good. I didn't have to wait long the service was excellent. I ordered ahead it was ready right on time.

I like Bruegger’s Bagels because they make eggs fresh on the side the bagels are made that also to get a coupon once in a while doesn’t hurt.

Not bad, but often runs out of things. If you're hoping for a specific type of bagel, have a plan B.
