Great casual spot. Delicious food and big portions. Plenty of seating, sports screens and a full equipped bar with loads of options. Huge varied menu with options for everyone. Would highly recommend the loaded nachos - make sure to add on the chicken and the charred tomato salsa! The burgers were so tasty and I absolutely loved the gravy with the delicious crispy chips. Speedy service and friendly staff. Can’t complain and would definitely eat here again.

The foods are great and I loved it. Their host and servers are great too. The only complaint I have is the orange juice they served me yesterday. I ordered orange juice without ice because the juice is for my daughter, but they brought the juice is with ice. Even though the waitress apologized and rectified her mistake by scooped out the ice, but why the juice is only half a cup? Shouldn't it be a cup of juice? I'm paying full price for a cup of juice and not 1/2 a cup. For that reason I only give them 3 stars. The restaurant"s environment is good, but too noisy when the place is crowded. It's hard to hangout with family or friends because it's hard to hear what the other party is saying. Price is okay but not cheap. Overall I still like this place for meal, will come again next time.

Our first time in this location and it was great. Service, ambience, food and drinks were all within our expectations. We ordered the Smokehouse Burger, Fish and Chips, Chicken Wings, a Bellini and a Corona. They had huge widescreen tvs for my hubby to enjoy his football too. Great Friday date night venue. We will surely be back and it’s also close to home.

The food was good and the service was great. I had the Hollywood burger with yam fries, it was a good traditional burger, nothing super special. The waitress was super nice and fast. We went during lunchtime so it was quiet enough to have a conversation, which was a huge bonus.

Food was better then the last few times I have been to a Brown's. I always found it very salty, but not here. Service was great to hear as well. The only thing to note I order the Honey Basil gin fizz. And wow was it all basil. Made it hard to enjoy. The only reason I rated the Atmosphere 2 stars. It was so dark walking into Brown's. It took a bit to adjust.

This Browns Location has shown me excellent on going customer service. When I've called in the staff are always polite and upbeat. On the 2 occasions there's been a discrepancy on an order they've gone above and beyond to make sure I'm compansated, they even mailed out gift cards. They keep records of all orders and take notes in their system, as well, this restaurant location has a implemented a double check for on take out accuracy with verified by who checked the order for accountability. Browns Panorama is setting the bar for how a restaurant should be operated and I want everyone to know about them because they work hard for us.

Been here several times almost every other week as its a convenient location for all friends to get together. Service is usually ok but there have been times where we've had an issue or two. Live their patio and fantastic during summers and cozy in winters. Menu is pretty standard and service usually depends on your host/server for the day.

We been in many browns socialhouse restaurants they all had pretty good food and service. But this location I had very bad experience with service and burnt cold burger patty. Service employees really needs to listen to the customers needs and bring it on time. Example we asked for water in the beginning of the order and also we ask for extra sauces with the appetizers.when we were finish with the appetizers then they brought us a sauces and then water we have to actually wait till as our meals for the night and then I got overcharged for extra beer. That I had to point it out got it fix. It wasn't that busy as well.

I was publicly abused and told that I had to leave cause I took my drink to the bathroom. As a professional myself, I had no idea that was even a rule. But I understood clearly after all We are the minority. One staff member actually opened the door while I was in the bathroom sitting on the toilet, in violation of my privacy. I was probably the most quiet person in there but they just didn’t want me in there. I feel like this situation coulda been handled better and it must be addressed because if not me it could my kids next, which is worrisome. Still in shock!!
