The day I moved to Langley at stopped at this local florist to buy a bunch of Casablanca lilies. They have been a weekly must for my home since I was 18 years old. The owner had some tightly closed stems in her storage freezer and I was delighted. They had five Flowers per stem and I purchased my usual three stems. The price was within a dollar of what I am accustomed to paying. I continued to pick them up every week for about 5 weeks, until one day I send my husband instead. He came home with three stems with only flowers on each. I was a little confused, but assumed it was merely an error, although the price was the same. The following week, it was 3 flowers on each stem when I went to pick them up. I asked if she had any with 5 flowers (like I had been getting for the first month), and she said she had never sold any with 5 flowers, only three. I was having a little trouble understanding her accent so I tried again - and again she denied ever selling me stems with 5 flowers. Okay, math is not my my strong suit, but really? She wants me to pay the same for 9 flowers that she had originally been charging me for 15? I've only been back there to get flowers (for a gift, not myself) once since that. Getting cheated and then treated like a dumb white girl is a really icky feeling.

I always use this florist for deliveries and flower arrangements in Langley. They are super friendly, excellent service that is on-time and efficient. I live in Toronto to have to trust them to put together a bouquet for whatever occasion, and every time the arrangements looks beautiful! I totally trust them now to put together the most appropriate and lovely bouquets for any occasion. They are the best!

I live on Haida Gwaii and have been ordering flowers from Brookswood Florist for years. They always go above and beyond, are very affordable and a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Top shelf. Great job BF!

Mihee did all the flowers for our wedding this past May. I showed her just a couple of photos of colours I liked and left the rest up to her. Her attention to detail is amazing, and the flowers on our wedding day were absolutely perfect. Brookswood Florist is the only place we buy flowers, for any occasion!
