I have been a customer of Brook and Braddock for about 30 years.  I have always had  wonderful service.  They have treated me with kindness and are always ready to help and correct any issue that I present them with.  I am so  happy to recommend this company.

Wonderful customer service, beautiful store and excellent selection of glasses.

They provided me with excellent service. Good selection of Silhouette glasses.

Have a current contact lens prescription that includes sphere, cylinder, axis, base curve, and diameter. Called B&B to see about purchasing emergency lenses as I had left mine out of town. Guy on phone insists he can do nothing for me unless I book a fitting. Unhelpful attitude.
