I called to get a quote for home and auto insurance. Was put in touch with someone and the phone conversation seemed like she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Emailed me questionnaires and I filled out same day, never heard back. Next day I waited until 11am to email asking when I should expect to hear back. Soon after I received an email with a price amount with no details about the insurance whatsoever. I emailed back asking who the insurance company would be... what the policy is etc. Got a response with minimal info and again had to request more info. Got another response with my answers and she said "I'm leaving for the afternoon I'll respond to emails tomorrow" WHAT A JOKE. Don't waste your time!

I highly recommend speaking with Matt Nelson for your home and car insurance. Usually dealing with insurance companies is stressful and confusing, however Matt made the experience easy and enjoyable. As a true bonus he was able to find a better rate on my car insurance. He also connected me with the right person to handle my business insurance. I feel so lucky to have met Matt, and at ease knowing he has taken care of all my worries.

I have always had such good experiences with everyone I meet from HJM Insurance. Matt took his time and went out of his way to explain all the insurance details to me. Matt really knows insurance. He got me a cheaper rate on my car insurance than anyone else... Plus, he realized that if I bought tenant's insurance from the same company, I would save even more on my car insurance, and the tenants insurance ended up being free. Thanks Matt!

After comparing home insurance quotes for weeks I finally was referred to HJM. I sent them one of my quotes so they could match details, and received information that I was quoted insurance that would cover $30,000 under the price I paid! Long story short, my adjuster found me a product that was inclusive to my needs and even packaged it with my auto to save me money.
